Steaks -
T-Bones, Porterhouse, Rib, Sirloin or Round.
What is your favorite cut and how thick or big do you want it? We normally stock 1" thick steaks but can cut to whatever thickness you desire.
All processing and cutting done by certified professionals. Not "boxed" meats like the Superstores.
Roasts -
Sirloin Top, Arm, Chuck or Rolled Beef Roasts.
Preparing a roast may seem intimidating at first, but really there is little more to it than putting the roast in the oven and taking it out when it's done. Roasts make a great centerpiece for a holiday or other special meal.
Choose any one of our Roasts, the Sirloin Tip, Eye of Round or the traditional Rolled Rump Roast. Our tender and juicy roasts will make also make a perfect gift during the holidays.
Tip - Never cook a roast cold - let stand for at least an hour at room temperature. Brush with oil before and during roasting - the oil will seal the juices. Also, a roast with a bone in will cook faster than a boneless roast.

Meatballs - Coming soon
Tip - To freeze meatballs, place them on a cookie sheet until frozen. Place in plastic bags and they will stay separated so you may remove as many as you want.
